When is the Best Time to Take ZMA?

Many experts recommend taking ZMA 30-60 minutes prior to going to sleep and to take it on an empty stomach. This should help with absorption and sleep. This supplement should not be taken with supplements containing calcium as calcium blocks the absorption of zinc.
